The following form is only applicable for Residents that fulfilled their 1-year lease term and are currently month-to-month.
If you are breaking your lease, please fill out the Lease Break Form instead of this form. If you have fulfilled your 1-year lease and intend to vacate the apartment, please fill out the following form:
Pet Application for Existing Residents
GreenTree Property Management is happy to welcome your new pet into your home! Please be sure that your pet meets our restriction guidelines found in our FAQ. Then, fill out the form on the Resident Portal Page by logging in here and clicking the PETS tab.
Bilt Rewards – Earn Points on Rent
As a resident here, you can now earn points on rent with Bilt Rewards, our free resident rewards program. As part of the program, you also have access to the Bilt Mastercard – the only credit card that lets you pay rent with no fees. Earn 1x points on every dollar of rent, 2x on travel, and 3x on dining (+1x points per dollar on all other spend)*. There is no annual fee for the card.
You will be able to use your points to book travel with over 100 top airlines and hotels, fund next month’s rent payment, book your favorite group fitness classes, or even fund a down payment on a future home purchase.
Paying rent via the Bilt app or Bilt online platform offers a fee-free way to submit rent using a credit card.

Doing laundry is no fun, but we’ve got a solution for you! Use our custom link to sign up with Rinse and get $100 in starter credit. The Rinse service includes pick-up and delivery and offers dry cleaning, wash & fold, and even special care for delicates and activewear that require hang drying.
Resident Referral Program
Do you have a friend looking for a new apartment? Current residents have the opportunity to earn up to $1,000* in rent credit PER REFERRAL with our Resident Referral Program! Simply refer a friend, colleague or family member to any RentSFNow property and when they sign a new lease and move in, you will receive a $500 rent credit on your first referral, and every referral after is another $1,000 credit!
GreenTree has partnered with ombuds service Just SF to provide independent, confidential, and impartial resolution services for all GreenTree residents, free-of-charge.
Just SF is a neutral, free service solely focused on raising, identifying, and resolving individual or community issues on behalf of all GreenTree residents. Founder Debra Walker has over three decades of tenant activist experience and can be contacted at any time to provide information and address unresolved concerns for GreenTree tenants.
Hardship Waiver Program
GreenTree recognizes affordability concerns and we are committed to supporting residents in need of financial support. For this reason, we have rolled back O&M Passthrough rent increases for residents affected by the recent change by the City to the Rent Control Ordinance on O&M Passthroughs. Furthermore, we have dedicated resources within our Resident Services team to assist with expedited hardship registration or any other passthrough questions.
