Amazon Key for Business

Amazon Key for Business is a multi-factor authentication system providing Amazon drivers with authorized building entry for secure package and grocery delivery.

If residents are unavailable to accept a package for delivery, the Amazon Key for Business system authenticates the driver, confirms the driver is carrying a package for that address, and validates the driver has arrived within an authorized delivery window. Drivers then deliver packages to specially designated, secure areas within each building, reducing incidents of theft. Once deliveries are complete, drivers are unable to re-enter the building unless they have additional packages to distribute.


Carson Living

No doorman? No problem. Carson Living is a secure, user-friendly, 24/7 virtual doorman and resident services platform. This one-app solution streamlines communications and security for residents, who can remotely approve and grant building access via live video, facilitate package deliveries for decreased theft and delivery errors, submit online rent payments and maintenance requests, and communicate directly with their resident manager from a single convenient app.


Bumblebee Spaces

Bumblebee Spaces leverages artificial intelligence (AI) technology to increase usable space for a resident. Its flexible modules – including beds, closets, and other storage – are installed into the ceiling, where they can be safely raised and lowered via app or voice command. Bumblebee AI learns resident preferences, classifies and catalogs items to be retrieved on-demand, and adapts to context, all in service of convenience and maximum space efficiency.
