Online Payment

The most secure and convenient way to pay rent is online with Bilt Rewards, our free resident rewards program. You can earn points to book travel with over 100+ top airlines and hotels, fund next month’s rent payment, book your favorite group fitness classes, or even fund a down payment on a future home purchase. Please contact us at ResidentServices@greentreepmco.com or refer to Bilt’s FAQs for any questions.

You can also pay your rent online in our Resident Portal through September 30th. This method will be phased out and will no longer be available for October rent payments.

Beginning September 30, 2024, Bilt will be the only method available for online payments. All other online payment methods will be removed, and we encourage you to sign up for our new system as soon as possible. When you go to the Payments Tab in your Resident Portal, you’ll pay through the Bilt Payment Center. If you currently have automatic bill pay scheduled in the current payment platform, you’ll need to set this up again through the Bilt Payment Center. Please be sure to cancel your current autopayment method after signing up for Bilt’s autopayment to avoid a double rent payment.

If you wish to pay by personal check or cashier’s check, you can mail those payments to our new PO Box address at:

To pay by cash, we offer the WIPS™ (Walk-in Payments) system where, rather than purchasing a money order, you can pay directly to your account at participating agents throughout the Bay Area.

Click here (and select WIPS™ Rent Payments as the “Biller”) to find a location near you. You will need your WIPS account number, which our Resident Services team will be happy to provide to you.
