I’ve lived here for over 5 years now right before COVID hit and Igor has been the most wonderful and kind manager anyone could ask for. He is so approachable and has helped me with numerous problems over the years. Once I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and within one hour he had a technician called over to fix it, he even helped me find various accomodations as my bathroom was being fixed. Igor carries the value of this place tremendously. As long as he’s here, I will be as well.

I have lived at 2355 Leavenworth for over two years , and Greg Goglin with Greentree has been an excellent property manager during that time. He and Greentree were attentive to maintenance issues. For example, we had some issues with our washing machine, and the washer/dryer stack were replaced very quickly. Greg is great about giving advanced notice of anything going on in the building, such as state-required fire alarm and elevator testing. The place is always clean, and Greg has always been very friendly and helpful.

I’ve lived in a Greentree Property apartment for over two years now, and my experience has been nothing but great. A huge reason for that is the building manager, Otto Wacker. Otto is absolutely amazing—he is always available, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any issue that comes up is handled quickly and professionally, and he always makes sure things are done right. What really sets him apart is how far above and beyond he goes. On occasion, he has even helped me by walking my dog while I’m at work, which speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. It’s rare to find a property manager who is not only reliable and efficient, but also kind and thoughtful. Greentree Property is lucky to have Otto, and living here has been a positive, stress-free experience because of his dedication.
