Hardship Waiver Program

GreenTree recognizes affordability concerns and we are committed to supporting residents in need of financial support. For this reason, we have rolled back O&M Passthrough rent increases for residents affected by the recent change by the City to the Rent Control Ordinance on O&M Passthroughs.
